The Park Plaza Hotel (and Fox River Bar & Grill) is the LouWISiana Hot Sauce Fest's lodging headquarters, and the Fest's major sponsor. The hotel is the closest hotel to Menominee Park (where the Hot Sauce Fest is held) and is located in downtown Oshkosh, adjacent to the beautiful Fox River. The accommodations are first-class, and there's an excellent staff on-hand to serve everyone.
